I think it was a couple of years ago I had a dream one night. I found myself below ground in what looked like a secret dojo boxing platform. I suddenly found myself being attacked in a physical fight with a man I did not recognize. It looked like I was losing the fight when I saw a couple of poisonous snakes circling around and attacking me. Have you ever experienced that inner voice warning you to not get in your car. Or, do not become friends with a stranger you just met at a gathering, or out in public and invite them into your home? Did you listen to that inner voice? If not, did you learn later that inner voice was right? That voice is your guardian angels and deceased loved ones trying to guide and protect you. But, there is only so much they can do when we make the choice to ignore it and allow our own ego to talk us out of what they are guiding us to and protecting us from.

As I woke up from the dream I remembered I fell asleep before saying a prayer to protect myself and give thanks to God. Ive been pretending to be okay and acting as normal as possible, but Im actually completely heartbroken after a recent breakup. Its painful and really affecting me, to the point where I cant concentrate at work, Ive lost my appetite, I cant sleep, and It feels as if my whole world has been turned upside down. I loved him so much. He said so many cruel things to me and it made me realize he must not have loved me the way I loved him, or he wouldnt have said such horrible things. How do I handle the heartbreak and why cant I accept that he didnt love me and just forget about him?

It means that inner voice. Or, you may find yourself out in public and overhear a stranger saying something that sounds exactly like something your loved one would say, it’s your loved ones speaking through them to you. Another way is, hearing something on the radio in a song or on the TV, many messages come through these means as a easier way to communicate. If all else fails, ask them to visit you in your dreams. Be patient as it may not happen overnight.

This is what your deceased lived ones want you to know. They are always with you and will be there no matter what. But, it’s up to us to be open to listening to them when they communicate to us. Whether it is good or bad, they are beside us through everything. If ever we are in danger of some kind whether it be in the physical or spiritual world, it is up to us to listen to their guidance when they speak to us through that inner voice that is telling us to be careful and etc.
